zOGI is an OpenGroupware.Org ZideStore bundle that implements a simple XML-RPC API for exercising the groupware server's feature set. Experimental zOGI development is hosted on Google Code here. As of ZideStore r1994 (2007-08-20) the stable branch of zOGI is included in ZideStore. The intention is to provide a simple API but more completely expose the server's capabilities than the previous XML-RPC service.
zOGI is now listed on freshmeat - The zOGI Freshmeat.Net entry.
- The initial purpose of zOGI is to support the Consonance client.
- 2007-05-15 Development snapshots uploaded to Google Code. Task and Appointment processing is nearing completion.
- 2007-07-15 Most features have been implemented. Appointments, Contacts, Enterprises, and Tasks are nearly fully completed; Projects are working except for assignments, permissions, and BLOBs. Advanced searching contacts and enterprises works using the ::qsearch Logic command.
- 2007-08-14 r591 uploaded. With this release all core scheduling features are supported. Also numerous bug fixes.
- 2007-08-20 The "stable" branch of zOGI is now included in ZideStore as of r1994.
- 2008-03-10 Added the getAuditEntries method.
