OGoMojo 0.0.4 not supports the concept of ACLs. You can now check the permissions applied to a specified object for a given actor using the a collection of new methods. This works so far with Enterprise and Contact objects via the RPC2 (XML-RPC) backend. It is also possible to set permissions, both read and write, for a specific actor. Every Document object now has the SupportsOperation(...) method to make it easier for the client to determine what actions the backend supports on that object.

Of course these new methods have only been tested on Contact and Enterprise objects as those are still the only type of objects supported by the RPC2 backend.
